Understanding Triple Screen Geometry
A triple screen sim racing setup wraps around your peripheral vision to provide up to 180° of natural visual immersion. To eliminate visual stretching at the monitor seams, two key parameters must match:
- Physical Side Screen Angle: The physical angle between your center monitor and the left/right monitors.
- In-Game Multi-Projection / Render Mode: Setting the game to render 3 distinct viewports rather than stretching one single flat projection across all three panels.
Ideal Side Screen Angle
The side screen angle should equal your single screen horizontal FOV. This aligns the center of your left and right displays directly perpendicular to your eye line of sight when looking sideways.
Bezel Gap Compensation
Measure the millimeter gap between pixels on the center and side panels. In-game bezel compensation ensures continuous straight lines (like track guardrails) don't jump across the bezel seams.
